About the Author
Jo Kurtz was born in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1936. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in English and teaching certification, 1984, from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She is a member of the National English Honor Society, Sigma Tau Delta. After her retirement from law enforcement, Jo became a member of the Warresnburg Writers Circle.
