Chrysanthemums I Once Thought Sweet Book Cover

Chrysanthemums I Once Thought Sweet

Book Description
The strength of Judith Roberts's poems is in their direct and honest details. From her struggles as a child watching her parents clink shot glasses, throughout her alienated youth, to a mother placing wreaths on her son's grave, these poems show us a woman who has known the edge and survived. Chrysanthemums I Once Thought Sweet was a 1999 Thorpe Menn Poetry Award Finalist.
